Grapes are from one of the best grand cru in alsace, Altenberg de Bergheim. Beautiful golden yellow colour. Aromas of cardamom and other spices, roses and grapefruit skin. The palate reveals a powerful and complex wine. Round and long, it pairs well with Asian spicy cuisine and mature cheeses. Can be aged for 10-20 years more. Residual Sugar 25.8 g/L
