Single Vinyard Series by Two Rivers, from Southern Valley, Marlborough. 
A true expression of the land. The hands-off winemaking with maximum care approach to Two Rivers single Vineyard Series lets the sites, the soils, snd the vines shine through. After nearly two decades of crafting wines from these special microclimates, the vine age and experience has allowed this vision to finally be realised.
 
With minimal intervention winemaking, this PN was naturally fermented and hand plunged in open top fermenterd with 10-25% whole bunches. The wines was aged 12-18 months in French oak barriques and cuves, and went to bottle unfined and unfiltered with low surphur.A further 12months aging occurred in bottle before release. Organically grown.
