A true expression of the land. The hands-off winemaking with maximum care approach to Two Rivers single Vineyard Series lets the sites, the soils, snd the vines shine through. After nearly two decades of crafting wines from these special microclimates, the vine age and experience has allowed this vision to finally be realised.
 
With minimal intervention winemaking, this Sauvy was naturally fermented and aged 12-18months on yeast less in concreat egg tank and clay amphora. Unfined and unfiltered with low sulphur, the wine was then aged in the bottle for a further 12month.
