90% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha Blanca, Viura and Malvasía from vines planted in 1940 (Soto vineyard) and 1981 (Hoyo Pintor and Tafugueras vineyards), in terraces in Baños de Ebro at 450m. The soils are clay-limestone and certified ecologic. Manual harvest. Winemaking is again whole cluster with fermentation in stainless steel before being aged for 11 months in French 500 litres barrels (new and seasons).
