Still good for its age, surprisingly light. tastes of wild strawberry, green herbs, pink pepper. the domaine rolet, created in 1942 by désiré rolet, is one of the jewels in the crown of the jurassian vineyards. his 4 children : pierre, eliane, guy and bernard then took over the running of the estate. in the space of two generations, the rolet family, thanks to hard work, has become one of the benchmarks in the vineyard. its wines reflect the richness of the terroir through the wide range of local grape varieties and all its appellations: arbois, côtes du jura, l'étoile, and château-chalon. in white, chardonnay and savagnin (grape variety among others of the prestigious yellow wine). in red, poulsard, trousseau and pinot noir.
