It is fermented and distilled from rice imported from sake breweries and matured for 12 years. The origins and unique botanicals of this Japanese gin are suddenly embodied in a distinctive flavour. Based on Japanese juniper, it is a blend of three citrus peels (Iyokan, Kawachi Bunkan and Japanese lemon), Kabusecha and Sencha teas, Sansho and hops.
These wonderful Japanese botanicals and unique base spirits create a complex, rich flavour that will surprise and delight.
