With vineyards regarded as some of the most expressive in the Cotes de Provence region, the Minuty rose is emblematic of the Provence style. A pale honeysuckle pink in colour, with a hint of strawberries, subtle florals and candied sweets on the nose. A lively mouthfeel, with fresh acidity and a delicately crisp, dry finish.
