We make every effort to ensure wine arrives safely and will cover breakages or label damage during transit. Please notify us as soon as possible if you notice the wine has been damaged.
Sake/Wine Subscription Cut-off & Delivery
Monthly shipment cut-offs are always the end of the previous month. So if you signed up September 30 or September 3, you’ll be in the Somm's Cellars Subscription starting in October.
We ship the first / second week of each month. Depending on your location, expect wine to arrive the end of the first week or beginning of the second week each month.
Typical charges(subject to change):

Auckland: $6.8 per order, delivery includes for orders $175 or over.

Waiheke Island: $17.5 per order, delivery includes for orders $175 or over.

North Island: $9.8 per order, rural delivery +$5 per case, delivery includes for orders $175 or over.

South Island: $14.8 per order, rural delivery +$5 per case, delivery includes for orders $175 or over.
* Shipping is on us for both Sake Subscription options.
Please note: we ship within New Zealand only. Overseas orders are welcome, however a New Zealand delivery address is required.
