Hiro has created wine lists for 100s of events and selects wines based on budget, taste and occasion. What to order, how much to order, and buying-back wine that wasn't consumed*. Leave it to us.
Choosing wine for a special event is never easy but sommelier Hiro can remove the guesswork and ensure planning, delivery and enjoyment goes smoothly.

First steps
1. Get in touch with the basics
Email Hiro with your basic event details:

Date and time of day

Time and duration you would like alcohol served

Menu(s) or type of dishes

Budget overall and budget for sparkling (if decided)

Does the venue charge corkage?

Can the venue store and cool wine ahead of the event?
2. Discuss recommendations
Based on the basics, we make a first round of recommendations:

What sparkling wines to choose

Best styles and body of white wine

How heavy or light should the reds be
-
And of course, the ever more important rosé. Everyone loves to drink pink in the sun with their best hats on!
3. Samples and decisions
Once we have a shortlist, we send you samples to try. While chargeable initially, this cost is waived should you go ahead with Hiro's wine for the event.
We also offer a further 10% discount on volume orders for events. *Refunds for unconsumed wine is possible if both bottle and label are undamaged. Unfortunately, shipping costs aren't refundable.
Sparkling?
Champagne, Prosecco, Crémants, Cava, Methode, there's a world of choice. Yes, Champagne is famous but that doesn't necessarily mean it's always good. And not everyone likes bubbles so we also recommend offering an alternative.

If you're having a summer wedding, consider including a rosé as there’s nothing nicer than a refreshing glass of fruity rosé on a warm day. Rosé will add colour to the party and will be rendered vividly in wedding photography.

Christina loves Chardy and Ben is a Pinot boy... We know how you feel! You want everyone to have a wonderful time but reducing variety also reduces the workload and keeps your event on budget. Hiro can recommend simpler selections that keep people happy.
