This authentic “Genshu” (unblended) type Umeshu is made by carefully selecting several types of unblended Umeshu from about 450 storage tanks by our Master Blender. We use 1.5 (*) times the amount of fruit that is usually used for steeping Ume at home. 385g of Ume fruit is used to make one bottle of finished product (720ml).With a well-pronounced acidity and deep aftertaste that are unique to unblended Umeshu, Nankobai Genshu presents a well-balanced flavour with a mellow finish.
