Chardonnay Blend
Kaze no Etude 'Wind Etude' is a dry white wine made from carefully selected grapes from all over Japan. In this case, it is made from Chardonnay grapes from Takayama Village in Nagano Prefecture and Kaminoyama in Yamagata Prefecture. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, carefully selected and carefully pressed. The juice is then transferred to stainless steel tanks or barrels, where it is fermented with wild yeasts and turned into wine. Etudes" is a musical term meaning "exercises", but they are not just simple pieces for beginners; they contain many elements that will help you to improve your playing. There are, of course, many well-known pieces with the name 'etude', and many people are familiar with them. The Etude of the Winds is a successful combination of the many elements that go into making a good wine: good land, the right varieties for the right place, the climate of the year, the passion of the grower, careful vinification, and so on.
