Hebe “White” is a naturally made organic wine. Made using handpicked Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris grapes it encompasses the terroir of the Southern Valley Vineyard and natural winemaking…. nothing added and nothing taken away. These wines are unfiltered and un-fined. All yeast and bacteria come from the grape and the fining comes from its time on its own discarded yeast cells in barrel.
