Japanese plums are used and soaked in brandy distilled from wine to create a gorgeous aroma and a deep, rich taste. Barrel storage gives it a subtle wine-barrel aroma and complexity of flavour. It has a good balance with acidity, so it can be enjoyed like a dessert wine.
