Orange × Darjeeling × Warm Spice

A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Grigio, Oslavje reflects the spirit of Radikon’s home in Oslavia. Each variety ferments naturally on the skins for about three months in Slavonian oak vats, following the Radikon family’s traditional long maceration method. No temperature control, no fining, no filtration — just pure expression of place and grape. After fermentation, the wine ages for approximately three years in large oak casks and rests for another year in bottle before release. The 2018 vintage shows radiant amber color and captivating aromatics of dried apricot, candied orange peel, honeycomb, and subtle herbal spice. On the palate, it is textural and complex — both powerful and graceful — with layers of stone fruit, tea leaf, and saline minerality leading to a long, harmonious finish. A profound example of skin-contact white wine, Oslavje 2018 captures the depth, patience, and integrity that define Radikon’s timeless approach to natural winemaking.
