Adrien Renoir is a grower-producer based in Verzy, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims.
“Le Cépage” is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced from around 40-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils in Verzy. The wine is vinified from a single parcel, with fermentation in a combination of neutral oak and stainless steel.
Bottled as Extra Brut with very low dosage (around 1.6–2 g/L), it shows notes of red apple, citrus, and subtle brioche, supported by fine mousse and a saline, mineral finish.
