Adrien Renoir is a grower-producer based in Verzy, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims.
“Les 2 Terroirs Rosé” is a rosé d’assemblage made from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced primarily from Verzy with additional fruit from neighboring Grand Cru villages such as Verzenay or Bouzy. The wine is composed of around 95% Pinot Noir vinified as white wine, with approximately 5% still red wine added for color and structure. Bottled as Extra Brut, the dosage is very low, typically around 0.8–3 g/L depending on disgorgement. The wine shows notes of red berries, citrus, and subtle spice, supported by a fine mousse and a vibrant, mineral finish. A precise and energetic Grand Cru rosé, combining freshness, structure, and clarity of terroir.
