Mount Amabuki is located to the north-east of Amabuki Sake brewery. The name of the brewery is derived from its majestic appearance.
With a long history of 300 years, Amabuki is a brewery where sake rice harvested in the fertile Saga Plain, mellow subsoil water from the Sefuri Mountains, a new yeast - flower yeast - and brewers who have inherited the skills accumulated over the years, are sincerely pursuing the art of making beautiful sake.
