Chanterêves is the quietly compelling project of Guillaume Bott and Tomoko Kuriyama, a duo known for crafting wines of purity and precision in Burgundy. With a light touch and deep respect for terroir, their wines express site over style.
 
Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru ‘Les Damodes’ sits at the northern edge of the appellation, near Vosne-Romanée, a site known for combining structure with finesse. The 2023 vintage reflects this balance, shaped by limestone-rich soils and careful, restrained élevage.
 
In the glass, it reveals dark cherry and plum layered with savoury spice and a subtle earthy note. The palate is focused and structured, with fine tannins and a mineral backbone leading to a long, composed finish.
