Chanterêves is the quietly compelling project of Guillaume Bott and Tomoko Kuriyama, a duo known for crafting wines of purity and precision in Burgundy. With a light touch and deep respect for terroir, their wines express site over style.

Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot is one of the most renowned Premier Cru sites in the appellation, known for producing wines of depth and structure. The 2023 vintage shows both generosity and control, shaped by limestone-rich soils and careful élevage.
 
In the glass, it reveals ripe citrus and stone fruit layered with a fine mineral backbone. The palate is textured yet focused, with a quiet power that builds toward a long, composed finish.
