Chanterêves is the quietly compelling project of Guillaume Bott and Tomoko Kuriyama, a duo known for crafting wines of purity and precision in Burgundy. With a light touch and deep respect for terroir, their wines express site over style.

Savigny-lès-Beaune ‘Dessus de Montchenevoy’ comes from hillside vineyards overlooking the village, where limestone soils and elevation bring freshness and structure. The 2023 vintage captures both vibrancy and subtle depth, shaped by gentle extraction and careful élevage.

In the glass, it shows bright red cherry and wild berries with a touch of earthy spice. The palate is supple yet lifted, with fine tannins and a mineral edge that carries through to a poised, elegant finish.
