COCO FARM Kokotoaru Series Pinot Noir
Raspberry × Toast × Baking Spices
Kokotoaru is a series of wines from local varietals that bring out the natural flavours of the region. Pinot Noir grown at Kimura Farm in Yoichi, Hokkaido, is fermented with wild yeasts at the 10R brewery in Iwamizawa, Hokkaido, by winemaker Bruce Gattlove, former director of Coco Farm. The solid structure, consisting of fruity, floral aromas and hard acidity, opens up possibilities for long-term ageing. Try it with foil-roasted mushrooms, boiled conger eel, samgyopsal, etc.
