A dry sparkling wine with sweet fruit and aromas of cherries and strawberries, light tannins and a clean, dry sparkling wine with an alcoholic core. The wine is simply made in open tanks, with a gentle fermentation followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks. Muscat Baileys A grapes from Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, were vinified at Fukagawa Winery in Monzennaka-cho, Tokyo. Methode Traditionnelle, no Sulphite.
