The taste of Niagara grapes unfolds on the palate with the bubbles of the second fermentation in the bottle. No sulphite are added, so it is smooth and stress-free. You will be surprised by the gap between the mellow Niagara grape's clean aroma with a hint of Delaware's tropical note. beautiful dry orange wine with Japanese delicacy. As with the red wine, the grapes are vinified with their skins, which leaves a pleasant bitter taste. The grapes are grown in Tendo, Yamagata Prefecture. The vines are between 10 and 30 years old on the black soil. with wild yeasts, no sulphite, unfiltered.
