Yuzu Sake is made by pressing Yuzu with the skins intact, so that the original aroma and flavour of the Yuzu can be felt. Embodying the Japanese way of making Yuzu Sake without adding or subtracting anything extra, Yuzu Sake contains no additives such as acidifiers, colourings or flavourings.
