The palate is fresh, juicy, and softly effervescent, showing the variety’s natural energy with a gentle tannic edge. Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented with indigenous yeasts, this Pét-Nat finishes its fermentation in bottle for a naturally sparkling, lightly cloudy style. Hand-disgorging adds finesse—creating a more refined, lightly sparkling wine that retains purity, charm, and a joyful burst of flavour.
