A beautifully golden, textured, and aromatically complex Sauvignon Blanc that captures the late-summer light of Te Matau-a-Māui. Notes of golden apple, pineapple, hay, and summer herbs unfold over a refreshing, energetic palate. Extended skin contact throughout fermentation adds depth, gentle tannin, and a distinctive texture, while the naturally low alcohol of 10.5% keeps the wine bright, vibrant, and supremely drinkable. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged 12 months on full lees, and crafted with no additions, fining, or filtration, this is a fresh yet layered expression of organic Hawke’s Bay Sauvignon Blanc seen through a different—and beautifully golden—lens.
