Stonefruits × Umami × Rich × Fun
The moon on the night following the full moon, which falls on 15 August in the lunar calendar, is called Izayoi in Japan. It is also called Izayoi Duki (moon that knows no night) because it illuminates the night all night long. This sake was created in the hope that, like Izayoi, it would light up the dining table when the Covid 19 made it impossible to drink alcohol among friends. It is a dry sake to be drunk casually with good friends.
