These new distillery only went into operation 3 years ago. In order to bridge the time until the bottling of the first own whisky, selected malt and grain whiskys from Scotland and Japan are bought. These were then refined in a Mizunara or Hinoki barrel for up to a year. The number of bottles was strictly limited.
