Crafted in the tradition of the renowned Tanba Toji, this Junmai is slowly brewed at low temperatures using Hyogo-grown Yamada Nishiki for the koji rice. Chilled, it’s clean, crisp and light. Warmed, its richer rice character and savoury umami come beautifully forward.
