Plum × Quality × Vibrancy

Dry plum wine, different from ordinary plum wine. This top-quality plum wine is made from the very precious Beni Nankoubai plums from Wakayama Prefecture, which are grown using mirrors to collect sunlight under the plum tree in order to give the plums their vivid aroma and colour. It has an elegant balance of sweetness and acidity reminiscent of the German Spätlese or Kabinett Riesling.
