Normally a famous dark red style of sparkling wine that can only be made in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region! This one does not fall into the normal category.  It is a lovely vibrant pink colour, from a third-generation family-owned winery, this fine example is dry and fizzy, and will pair beautifully with Italian charcuterie. Serve chilled.
 
Grapefruit, tangerine zest, sour cherry, raspberry, strawberry, white peaches, and delicate rose petal are some of the aromas you might get from this incredibly fresh and bright, dry as "Curb Your Enthusiasm in the Kalahari Dessert" bottle of wine.
