Fyé lies opposite the grand cru slope of Blanchots, within the historic heart of the Chablis appellation, on Kimmeridgian limestone with a little more clay in the soil. This gives a Chablis with a slightly fuller, more rounded texture, showing pear, apple and citrus brightness, while its lively acidity and saline mineral finish bring freshness, precision and impressive length.
