Bitter Orange × Apricot × Sweet SpicesWorld's first attempt at ‘peated cask ageing’The cask marriage, now in its seventh batch, is made from peated Japanese whisky casks that have been aged for about a year.This is a very valuable batch considering that it is the first of its kind in the world amongst the many Amaro's.About 20 different botanicals like a fennel, angelica and blood orange peel, and all casks are small batches that have been matured for more than a year. Further maturation has further improved the perfection of the liquid.
