Scarlet Menta Amaro 2025 is produced by Iseya Distillery with a focus on natural mint expression, using multiple varieties of mint to build aromatic depth rather than relying on a single dominant note. Each botanical is macerated separately and blended in small batches to preserve freshness and precision. This amaro showcases a lighter, more refreshing style while maintaining the structural bitterness essential to the category. Over 30 botanicals are used, including several types of mint, fennel, wormwood, chamomile, and other aromatic herbs. The result is a clean, cooling profile with a balanced bitter finish, enhanced through careful resting before bottling.
