Domaine Sylvain Cathiard, now led by Sébastien Cathiard, is widely regarded as one of the leading producers in Vosne-Romanée, known for wines of precision and purity.The 2024 Bourgogne Aligoté is made from 100% Aligoté, sourced mainly from vineyards in the Hautes-Côtes (Villers-la-Faye) with additional parcels in Nuits-Saint-Georges, including older vines up to 50–80 years of age. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and clarity. The 2024 vintage shows fresh, lively aromatics of green apple, citrus, and subtle herbal notes, supported by bright acidity and a clean, mineral finish.
