Inspired by the nostalgic feeling of Japanese summer, “Kabutomushi” brings together Senkin’s signature sweet-sour balance with a bright, citrus-driven profile.

Brewed using Domaine Sakura Yamada Nishiki rice, this unpasteurised namazake offers refreshing notes of grapefruit, lime, and gentle sweetness, supported by clean acidity and a light, easy-drinking texture. Its low alcohol expression and vivid freshness make it especially enjoyable well chilled, pairing beautifully with summer dishes, seafood, salads, and moments when you simply want something bright and uplifting.
