The sweet and sour plum overflows angrily with the nuances of the Umami! Extremely supple, soft and majestic. The long, lingering aftertaste makes you feel as if it lasts for hours..! The clusters are small but the grapes are large, and the thin skins of the Poulsard grapes produce a pale red colour, but the Poulsard from Tissot is exceptional! There is no relationship whatsoever between the intensity of the colour and the intensity of the taste. As if to prove this, the wine is packed with the best of dense fruit from 45-75 year old vines.
