Craft Corms Cidre from Normandy

Cormé is its very own beverage - essentially a cider made from Corms.
What are corms you ask? Corms are fruit from Sorbus Domestica, or Service Trees. 
An incredibly unique fruit, Cormé tastes much like Poiré Granit (Eric's top pear cider from 300yo trees), but is more dry, more mineralic, and more slatey. There are many cues in this which remind us of dry blue-slate Riesling from the Mosel.
New Zealand's allocation for the year was just 24 bottles of Cormé. This is produced in such small volumes it is only released in 500ml bottles too.
