The aroma, of great intensity, is elegant, fresh and complex.
 It shows a marked fruity tone, covering the range of white fruits and citrus fruits.
Fennel and scrubland aromas can also be detected, with an aniseed and balsamic. All this on a mineral background.
On the palate, fresh fruit notes appear once again. Unctuous, sweet and elegant with a soft touch of bitterness at the end, characteristic of the Verdejo variety and sustained by a good acidity. It has a great structure that favours its persistence.
