This shochu was first produced by Kirishima Shuzo founder Kichisuke Enatsu in 1916 and was made with black malted rice.
Kurokirishima, an authentic Kumara shochu with its roots in the black koji brewing of the time of its founding, is a smooth, robust beverage that can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks or warmed up in the oyuwari serving method. Buy a bottle and let me know what you think.
